UNDERSTANDING THE PEACHTREE RESTORATIONS PROCESS FOR YOUR FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT

Getting a full roof replacement should not be a stressful process. Peachtree Restorations has a detailed process for taking the burden off our homeowner’s shoulders and handling as much as we can for you. Check out our process below to learn more about how Peachtree Restorations can help you!

Whether it be from your Project Manager spotting damage to your roof from the ground and approaching you to discuss the damage, or you reaching out to us because you noticed the damage yourself, our first step is to have a Project Manager, a trained roofing professional, come to your home at a mutually convenient time and do a full drone inspection of your roof and an attic check to check for leaks and internal damage from your roofing system.

Once your Project Manager has compiled the photos and data from your inspection, they will sit with you and review the damage to your roof, get details on your homeowner's insurance coverage, and have a detailed conversation on our process. Once you are comfortable, you will sign the paperwork to authorize Peachtree Restorations to get to work for you!

Depending on the level of /storm-damage/, we may send out a Site Supervisor to go onto your roof and take further detailed photos and videos of the damage to submit to your insurance company.

Your selected Public Adjuster gets right to work! They will start by filing a new claim on your behalf or reopening an existing claim. Your PA will handle the coordination and scheduling of the insurance adjuster and wait for the claim to be approved and the first estimate to be released.

Once your claim has been approved, your Project Manager will reach out to you to schedule a time for the two of you to go through our shingle selections and select the combination that best fits your personal aesthetic or HOA requirements. During this process, your Project Manager will let you know if your insurance company has approved any additional work to your property and you get to decide if you would like to move forward with the additional work or not.

Now that your materials have been chosen, our Production Manager will reach out to you to schedule your build. If your area requires a permit for a roof replacement, our production department gets to work on getting your permit issued.

During this time, your PA has still been working on your behalf in the background. Your insurance company will begin issuing a series of checks to cover your claim. Our Finance Team is here to help you through this process and will coordinate all endorsements between you, your PA, and any other necessary parties, like your mortgage company.

BUILD DAY. Your dedicated Site Supervisor and crew will handle the installation of your new roofing system and all post-build clean-up. Once your project is complete, your Project Manager will come by to do an attic inspection and make sure everything is good to go and have you sign a certificate of completion.

During this time, your PA and our finance team have been working on your behalf to collect all insurance funds and apply them to your account. Once all insurance funds have been collected, your warranties will be issued and we will close out your file.

Peachtree Restorations is here to help you through every step of the roof replacement process and we look forward to working with you on your project!
